By accessing or using this website, submitting an enquiry, or joining any of our programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

02About Our Services

EduConnect India is an education and career guidance company. We help students, graduates and working professionals explore and apply to programs offered by universities and institutions through online, regular (offline) and distance learning (ODL) modes. We also run Admission Partner, Refer & Earn and institutional collaboration programs.

03Admissions & University Decisions

• Eligibility, admission, course availability, fees, examinations and results are decided solely by the respective university or institution.
• We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, placements or jobs.
• We share university and course information in good faith based on information available from the universities. Students should verify approvals, recognition and fee details on the official website of the university and the relevant regulatory bodies before enrolling.
• Universities may change their courses, fees, rules or schedules at any time without notice to us.

04Fees & Payments

• Counselling is free. We do not charge students for counselling or course guidance.
• University and course fees are as per the official fee structure of the respective university. Please make payments only through official, documented channels and always keep the receipt.
• Registration fees for our Admission Partner program are paid online through Razorpay and are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

05Your Responsibilities

• Provide true, complete and up-to-date information in all forms and documents.
• Use the website only for lawful purposes and do not attempt to misuse, copy, hack or disrupt it.
• Do not submit someone else’s details without their permission.
• By submitting a form, you agree to be contacted by EduConnect India by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email regarding your enquiry.

06Admission Partner & Refer & Earn Programs

• Joining as an Admission Partner requires an application, a registration fee, onboarding, acceptance of the Partner Agreement and completion of training.
• One successful enrollment per month is mandatory to continue in any of the partnership options.
• Earnings are payable only for successful, verified enrollments, as per the Partner Agreement and the structure communicated by the company.
• Partners must counsel students honestly, follow official university fee structures, and must not make false promises, offer unauthorised discounts or cashbacks, or misuse student data.
• EduConnect India may suspend or end a partnership in case of misconduct, misrepresentation or prolonged inactivity.
• Where the Partner Agreement and these Terms differ, the Partner Agreement will apply to the partnership.

07Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including text, design, graphics, logos and code – belongs to EduConnect India or is used with permission. University names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the programs. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content without written permission.

08Third-Party Websites

Our website may link to university websites, payment pages, WhatsApp and social-media platforms. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, policies or services.

09Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep information accurate and up to date, but the website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduConnect India is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, decisions taken by universities, changes in course details, or delays and errors caused by third parties.

10Indemnity

You agree to indemnify EduConnect India against any claims, losses or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, false information provided by you, or misuse of our website or services.

11Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
